Mike began his real estate career in 2000 while working full-time at Pulte Homes. His passion for buying and selling real estate was evident from the start. During his tenure at Pulte Homes, Mike patented an innovative product designed to protect bathtubs during construction, which quickly gained national recognition and demand. In 2001, he founded Blake Products to supply this and other patented products, successfully growing the company from an initial investment of $25,000 to a $2,000,000 corporation within four years, and securing five patents in the process.
In July 2009, Mike sold his stake in Blake Products to fully commit to his real estate passion. Leveraging his extensive online marketing expertise, he effectively promotes each of his team's listings through a network of specialized real estate websites. Mike's organization has since expanded to include 60 agents, 19 of whom operate from the newly established Downtown Rochester office. This office serves as a collaborative space where agents can share knowledge and grow professionally under Mike's leadership.
